This class focuses on Roux and 4 or 5 of the mother sauces – Flour (gluten free or not) and oils are the basis for making sauces that allow you to explore the world. Learn a basic roux, turn it into espagnole (brown), tomato, bechamel or veloute mother sauces as passports to culinary adventure.
