Chalet Rental

Experience Live On The Farm

The chalet is the heart of our community. Built as the original home for the Aberlin family, today it is a gorgeous space available for rent. Host an event, provide out-of-town family or friends a luxurious and convenient place to stay, or come check out the experience of living on our farm for yourself.

Chalet Rental (includes Hearth Room)

We do ask that residents, as well as guests outside of Aberlin Springs’s community, use the online booking system to rent rooms and any chalet space.

Aberlin Springs’s community-wide events are welcomed but do require scheduling. These community-wide events are not charged any fees.

Chalet Event Rates

  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – $425
  • Chalet with all bedrooms – $550 (Check-in 3:00 p.m., Check-out 11:00 a.m., inquire about early check-in)
  • Rentals must be paid in full 7 days in advance to secure rental.
  • If you are an Aberlin Springs resident, your HOA and CSA fees must be brought current before any rental can be held and/or approved.

Chalet Hourly Rates

  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – $50 per hour (max 3 hours)
  • 3-hour rentals are limited to meetings only, no heavily prepared food, please.
  • Small chalet varies per rental, use of all rooms – $550.
  • Rentals must be paid in full 7 days in advance to secure rental.
  • If you are an Aberlin Springs resident, your HOA and CSA fees must be brought current before any rental can be held and/or approved.

Hearth Room Rental

Hearth Room Hourly Rates

  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – $25 per hour (max 3 hours)
  • Rentals must be paid in full 7 days in advance to secure rental.
  • If you are an Aberlin Springs resident, your HOA and CSA fees must be brought current before any rental can be held and/or approved.

Bedroom Rental

Bedroom Rates

  • 1 Bedroom – $150
  • 2 Bedrooms – $300
  • 3 Bedrooms – $450

All rates reflect built-in cleaning/turnover fees for each room. Please note that room-only rentals do not include exclusive use of the kitchen. (Check-in 3:00 p.m., Check-out 11:00 a.m., inquire about early check-in)

Rentals must be paid in full 7 days in advance to secure rental.
