GUEST shall turn off all lights and return all keys and other access control devices at the end of the Rental Period. GUEST shall remove all personal articles or property at the conclusion of the Rental Period and PENDRAGON does not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any articles or property left at Aberlin Springs. GUEST will not use the premises for illegal purposes or in any manner that could tarnish the reputation of PENDRAGON or Aberlin Springs. No pets are allowed inside any buildings at Aberlin Springs. Smoking is not permitted inside any facilities or around the pool area. Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard. GUEST will not tamper with, borrow, or remove any property kept on the premises. GUEST will not cause any hazardous substance to be used, stored, generated, or disposed of on the premises. GUEST will maintain the rental area and the common areas in a neat, clean and sanitary condition, and is responsible for wiping counters, sweeping floors, and placing all garbage in designated containers. The proximity of local residences is such that sounds, especially music, must be kept at reasonable levels. GUEST shall immediately lower volume at PENDRAGON’s request, and all music must end by 8:00 PM. GUEST shall be responsible for the proper and lawful consumption of alcoholic beverages during the Rental Period. Alcoholic beverages must be served through a licensed bartender, who must exercise due care in serving alcoholic beverages and refuse service to anyone appearing to be under the age of 21 or anyone who appears to be intoxicated. GUEST will be held accountable for any injury or damage sustained during the Rental Period. GUEST will be held liable for any guest, invitee, or visitor actions on the premises. Any signs displayed on the premises must be in good taste and removed at the end of the Rental Period. Deposits are not refundable if GUEST cancels less than 30 days prior to the Rental Period. If GUEST cancels before 30 days, the deposit may be refunded. PENDRAGON may terminate this AGREEMENT if GUEST fails to meet or violates any term of this agreement, in which case all deposits and payments are non-refundable. GUEST shall not assign or sub-lease any terms, conditions or services contained in this AGREEMENT, or any interest therein, without the written consent of PENDRAGON. Neither PENDRAGON, nor their respective agents shall be liable for, and GUEST agrees to defend and hold PENDRAGON and their respective agents harmless from, any claim, action and/or judgment for damages to property or injury to persons suffered or alleged to be suffered on the premises by any person, firm or corporation. This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be amended or changed unless executed in writing by PENDRAGON and GUEST.
